People say that it's good to have Alexa toolbar - since it's improve the Rank... is it the same with google toolbar?

Maybe you're a bit confused. You don't improve your rankings having installed the alexa toolbar but only people with alexa toolbar installed will count for alexa rating. It could be good for you to have an alexa toolbar installed so your visits will slightly improve your alexa rating.

Nothing to do with google toolbar, no benefits to your SEO efforts for having installed the google toolbar.
