Google toolbar
since installing the newest version of the google toolbar, i can't click on a link contained in an email & have that website open... even for something like viewing pictures that people send me in an album. so frustrating - any ideas on how to enable this feature again?

Browser Options
Sounds like your browser options have changed. Check in you content and check the appropriate boxes so you can open links/photos again.

Probably the pop up blocker that comes with Google Toolbar. You will have to deactivate it in the toolbar settings.

In my opinion, it's probably not related to Google Toolbar, because as you saw people are not having problems.
Think if you had installed some new extensions recently, check if javascript is enabled, or if something else isn't blocking your content. Recently, a friend of mine installed this NoScript extension, and then wondered why half of the sites are not opening or showing content. Hope it helps.
