Do you use the Google Toolbar?
I have always had the Google Toolbar installed but have seen posts off and on about people saying NOT to use it becuase of the info that it may (or does) send to Google.

I am curious as to how many people actually feel that stongly about it and if should remove it from my comupter.

What type of info could it be sending? Is it (or could it be) harmful to our SERPs?

My answer is both. I have it at home, not at the office.

I will be removing it from home now that there are plug-ins a plenty to do the useful stuff it does (for FF anyway).

I have it installed on IE, but I only use IE about 1-2 percent of the time. I see no use for it. I get everything I need with extensions like searchStatus for FF.

i don't think using google toolbar will harm anyway... not only that, but also, i can get some useful information for FREE....so why do I miss them...?

Google toolbar will let google know more about website traffic, in general . Though, it may not harm, some of the seo's prefer not to use this tool. If you enable pagerank, it will start sending anonymous information to google .

Never installed the Google toolbar as it takes up quite a chunk of browser real estate.

Dont use it, I used to and I wish I never did. Its not worth it, page rank is useless therefor the toolbar is useless. There are much better options available.
