As I know Google Toolbar isn't available for Google Chrome.

I don't think there is a Google toolbar for Chrome (which is weird considering it's "Google Chrome" but yeah). You can find plenty of addons and plugins for Chrome to mimic the toolbar, just check google (ironic huh?).

google chrome already having the tools/options which are available in google toolbar.

According to support Google website, Google toolbar is still not available for Chrome.

I don't think Google chrome need google tool bar because it already have tools of Google tool bar.
