Your page with the highest PageRank
In Google Webmaster Tools there is a reference to "Your page with the highest PageRank". It lists the pages with the highest rank by month for the previous 3 months. Is this tool bar PR or algo PR? Reason I ask is the page they list is lower in toolbar PR than other pages on the site. I know toolbar PR means nothing to SERPS, I am just curious...
