Why wouldn't all internal pages PR be updated?
During the last "big google update" which was a few days ago, my new website's PR was updated from 0 to 5. Some of the internal pages also went to 5. But the majority of the internal pages stayed at 0... and they are the same amount of steps from the homepage as the others where the PR was updated...
Anybody have a clue why this would happen? I thought during this last "dance", Google deep-crawled... which would tell me they visited the page but just didn't update PR. I'm stumped, but I don't know much about PR. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Brad |

I have a few newer pages that are still showing PR0 - even with a nice number of backlinks showing on the toolbar. My guess is that the systems that update backlinks, PR, SERP position all work on separate schedules. I think that if we have patience it will all be factored in.

Yeah, I agree... I'm just not a patient person
So, would you say the google's finished with the big update for this month? |

Probably but PR is updated within google's system between the monthly toolbar updates and it does get factored into the SERPs... its just running in slow motion right now.
