What's the longest you've been in the "Sandbox"

So far I'm going on 2 full months straight with atleast 50 incoming links and not even one page in google!

I've got ton's of pages in yahoo and all the rest. Google is really being nasty.

First couple weeks I had over 1000 pages in google, then gone.

Btw its a PHP nuke forum with google tap.

Please someone console me!!!

If your pages are not indexed by google this have nothing to do with the "Sandbox" effect. It affects your ranking during the first months (about 3 months for my sites) but the site pages are listed (low) in google. All my new sites were indexed in less than one week but the traffic was very low during the first months (maybe because of "Sandbox" effect).

I have two sites, each with over 100 PR5/PR6 backlinks that show deep in the SERPs but are no where near where they should be ranking. These sites went up in about March 1. They are dragging in Google but each have several pages in top 10 positions at Yahoo .

Enginyr,

Post your URL and maybe someone will spot a problem. But as stated, the "sandbox" is not your issue. Sandbox'ed sites are indexed by google. A search for site:domain.zzz would show all pages as indexed but SERPs would be miserably off.

EGOL - For my sites I was sandboxed 35 and 55 days from the date of first googlebot visit to date I got out of the sandbox. Hopefully your new sites about to be freed.

nigritude ultramarine continues

i took a look.
i would say that you are definitely not in the google index.
you have no backlinks to your home page.

maybe lexus reported your site to google and doesnt want its 'parts' associated with the other 'parts' on your site.

I paid for many high ranking links though.

I used the market leap site to check my links

http://tools.marketleap.com/publink....dll/BuildChart

All the links I paid for are going into yahoo, msn and all that but google is refusing all! Going on 3 months now.

i agree. my site was sandboxed by google when i first launched it. i knew they indexed my site because i could find it on google if i searched for my name or something really specific to my site. my site wouldn't show up for any competitive keywords, though.

then last weekend, i got huge jumps in serps for my competitive keywords. so i think when your site is sandboxed, it is still indexed by google but they won't place you high on the search results for any keyword remotely competitive.

I can understand if my site was super low in page rank. But my site isn't in google WHATSOEVER. Even PR0 sites get in google to some degree. This forum is alexa rated 200k.

My site is relatively new and i don't even think I'm ranked . Google has crawled my site
a little, but MSN has pounded it (90,000 pages) So, I don't know if I'm in that
"sandbox" or not. I hope not and hopefully with this next update from Google I see
some changes in traffic.

I believe it's not about the new sites but about the new links. Get a huge number of links all of a sudden, from high PR sites in particular I suppose, and G will have a reason to think where did you get those backlinks from overnight.
