Still, it doesnt explain the problem - index.php was also linked as revmedia.com/ and there were several other pages that also suddenly went pr0.

I suggest you do these 2 things:
1. Add a sitemap page including a link and description of ALL of your sub-pages plus a link to your home page. Also make sure there is a link to your Sitemap page on your home page and all of your sub-pages. 2. Wait a month or more for Google to crawl your pages. When Google is done you should then have a PR5/4 site.
