Selling text-links

Hi,
I have a quick question. I don't want to risk breaking any forum rules or be viewed as a spammer, so I want to ask this before posting. (Moderator, if this is inappropriate, feel free to delete). Anyways, I'm wondering if I'm allowed to post an ad, selling text-links from my site. It's not adult/ pharmacy/ link farm.. and it's legit. It's an educational site for high school and college students with a PR6 that only has 5 max. out going links. Some of the subscriptions are ending, so I'm looking for a new source of revenue. I will post the site and give more info. only if this post is not inappropriate.

Try the 'link popularity' category, that's where I would post.... Also they have other forums that have 'Buy Sell Trade' categories, those would be best as they would be more targeted to what you're seeking. Anyway you already posted that you're selling links, your PR etc... so your point has gotten accross. So don't know why you bothered to ask in the first place, i'm sure whoever reads this post will PM you if interested

Just to let everyone know, I just learned that advertising ad space in SEO Chat forums (including Link Popularity), is strictly forbidden.
