Really - PR has nothing to do with which BLs G displays.

Take this as an example:

Check the links one by one can you find any domain with PR<4?

Its not a random sample every time, however...the same sites show up.

But I agree this could be a perm sample that G arbitrarily chooses to show....

What i mean is check the bl's displayed in google and see that all of them are of PR>=4

Third link down is from a PR3 home page. I've found some others as well, but this is the quickest one to check.

What a load of rubbish!!!
Check the backlinks for most sites and you can find backlinks in the Google sample that are less than PR4!!! --- it been that way for a couple of years now!!!

Here a site I randomly picked from DMOZ:
http://www.nrgs.org.au/ for the Google backlinks:
First backlink is PR1
2nd = PR4
3rd = PR0
4th = PR4
5th = PR2
6th = PR0
I don't think I need to check anymore.
