relationship of PR to search engine rankings
can someone refer me to an article or explain the following to me. What is the relationship between PR rank and search engine rank.. How do you explain the difference between the same PR rank between two sites, but very different search engine positions (a difference between being on page 2 vs. 10).
What's the technique and strategies for improving SErank thanks. alan

PR generally has VERY little to do with the SERPs actually.
however it may seem like it does. PR matters little, however, anchor text matters a ton- if you have people linking to you with the right text, you could be getting a huge benefit. really, in a lot of ways it'd be better if those new to SEO ignored pagerank almost completely.
