Question about PR
I'm seeing some weird stuff with the PR. If a "new" site has backlinks should it have a PR?
The site that i'm reffering to has about 428 backlinks but no PR. I think that the PR has not finished updating yet. Anyone got a clue about this? |

Similar problem with me. I had 1500 backlinks and now it's 2!!!!! I don't get it, but something is strange here. |

me too
I'm going to wait until this weekend to check up on this update. Like other people, I've increased my backlinks (quadrupled) with lots of high PRs, but no change in PR. Besides, it shouldn't be important... i mean, SERPs are always being updated everyday... the PR is just for show.

Yes... not as valuable as before but it's good to have some, so you get refreshed more often with googlebot visits. |
