PR3 to PR0 What the..?

Has Google finished adding up PRs cause one of my big sites went from a PR3 to PR0 and I lost alot of my incoming links. Here's the two sites. One has the PR of 4 (www.boilerroomsupplies.com) and the other has a PR of 0 (www.boilersupplies.com). In fact the second site should be higher do to me using less pictures and more keyword specific text in the pages. Anyone help me here? or is Google still fluxing and I should bounce back in a bit? :

HELP!

AttentionToDesign, www.boilerroomsupplies.com is showing 5 backlinks while www.boilersupplies.com is showing 0 backlinks. That is probably the reason for the PR0 on the second site. The difference in content on the two sites has no bearing on your PageRank

Thing is I have links that link to these sites. When will Google total up and search for the incoming links to the sites?

From my experience, I've noticed that Google will only show links that are a PR4 and higher. It could be that the sites that you had linked to yours either lost their pr or took your link off of their site. I too lost my PR and I haven't the slightest idea why.

From what I have read, if a link is coming in from a site that is PR4 or less then it will not show up as a backlink.

Don't beat yourself up over this though I have had the exact same thing happen this update with my site at www.preacherslibrary.com

I have a nice amount of links coming into the site and several of them are coming in from major Christian portal sites. I also have a listing on dmoz. In fact I have a link on christianity.com for two of my sites. The backlink for preacherslibrary.com is not showing but the backlink for my other site is showing. The funny thing is the links to my sites on christianity.com are on the same page and right next to each other, yet google lists the one but not the other.
