PR update starting?

My homepage is a PR5 but I've working really hard on this lately.
Anyhow, after reloading the page a few times it now comes up PR7.
It's like 1 out of 10 times my page shows PR7 and the other 9 times it still shows PR5

Same for all subpages which are moving from PR4 to PR6

Anyone else seeing this?

Seeing new backlinks here as well. Mine almost doubled. Only on some datacenters though.

slowly but surely, every datacenter will receive the new index. it's matter of time now.

Hmm - i wonder how long that will take. Only one of the nine data centers shows a difference (up about 25%) for my site. I hope the higher number is the one that will stick.

Some of my pages are cycling RIGHT NOW between PR7 and "Current page not ranked by Google." Between the time I wrote the first version of this post and when I checked back to see the exact wording of the message, one changed back to PR7.
-----------

Yep. Now another page has its PR7 back. My 0s are still at 0, however.

------------

Oh -- this is my first post on any SEO forum. Delurking, I have a well-established site (obviously), but have only been learning about SEO for the past couple of weeks. However, that probably won't stop me from publishing about SEO very soon. We do know a fair amount about search engines, and also about marketing.

But first we may spruce up our site, which is seriously out of date in some respects ...

---------------

And now, a couple of minutes later, PR is gone again from at least one page.
