PR Update
I am seeing a PR Update, for instance, wasn't this forum a pr7 ? I see a pr8. Where is that PR tool that checks all the datacenters? I see another site bouncing between 4 and 8 (it was an 8 ).

Interesting. My PR went up substantially, but my backlinks stayed the same. Does this mean that Google just isn't done updating or did my BL's just not get counted?

Has this ever happened to anyone else?

Except PR for new pages, so I guess that shows both were.

Well I had a PR4 then last update went to a PR0 now I'm up at PR5... I'm really really scared & pissed because I purchased a PR9 link like last week and the damn site went to a PR6 today.... I'm like wtf.... if it stays like this I'm asking for my damn money back ..... I just hope they give it back.... because this is ridiculous....i'm gona have to kill someone if they don't....

I would think a week is tough.. especially if you signed a contract. I would generally think you can reverse the transaction if it's within 1-3 days... OTOH this is your first month, maybe they will be kind.
