PR of 6 with 24 back links?

ok - can anyone explain to me Google when you see this?

ok - i am an idiot i took out the index.cfm and got 198 links

Well there seems to be no PR4 plus external pages that link to the site - so my guess is that there are many pages with lower than PR4 that link to the page. This is based on the idea that pages require a PR4 or greater in order to show up for a backlink query.

This in fact can be proven by performing the following search "goinsoho.+com"
