PR gone after domain transfer
Last week, I moved one of my sites from one server to another. Site was down for 7 days. Now on the new server I noticed, that the PR (but only in the toolbar) for all pages of this site is gone.
The url is http://www.directoryseek.com could someone take a look - so its maybe a DNS problem or something. Thanks |

I see PR.... homepage has a PR4 ... main categories have a PR3 and so does most of the sub-categories.

Hello Akany;
I just check your site and I can see the PageRank 4/10. Probably the site lost PageRank because you change the content and obviously because your site was down. Remember that all SEO efforts can get lose if your site's down ant the robot crawls the Web. In your case, I suggest that do not do any change in your Web site at least one month since the day you changed the server. |

Its a strange thing, homepage is back at PR 4 now, main categories are still grey. Anyway, seems to be a local problem. Thanks for the feedback.
