hello!
I`m webmaster of the www.prodrut.pl website and I`m trying
to discover why google assigned our site PR=0. We have incoming links
from websites with PR=5:

but when I typed in google link:www.prodrut.pl it gave me 0 results!

PS What PR=0 really means? Site is banned or sth?

Actually this site was indexed about 2 years ago(submited by other webmaster). Not far ago(>month) I have made new website of http://www.prodrut.pl and from that time I am the one who makes website promotions.

It is not enough for your site to be indexed by google. All the sites you are mentioning should also be indexed by google and not only. Even their links page (where these sites have put a link targeting to your site) should be indexed by google if you want these links to be shown and estimated in google's PR

most of this links pages are indexed by google. Search for "prodrut" and you will see pages which I mentioned here.

Then I don't really know why. Maybe cause your site is still new (a month you said) or it has to do with the recent (2 months) google mess problem.
I checked random a couple of your links and everything looks fine to me. They should have been visible by google
