I do it to those who do it to me.
How can a PR5 link not be listed for months... They are pulling a trick I can't figure, but a trick. I'd rather give a bigger vote to a real exchanged link or an honest webmaster. If they give nothing they can't say nothing. It's more a matter of principles in my case... LOL |

Why would I penalyse the visitor...
If he's looking at my links then he is done with my site... I have to give him some choice. If I limit my links to the exchanged ones... then he gets low options... |

I see you are having a good debate. perhaps you can answer quick question.
If there is just one outgoing link to one of my own pages can I use a meta tag no follow to stop pr following link. I did look at Seo Guy article very useful but I am not sure how to do in js |

The robots tag will work Steve W. It works fine for a one link page.

Wouldn't use it that way
I wouldn't dupe someone into that. Although I did read a post of someone who was doing it. I'm just talking about outbound links that you want in your site, but you don't want it to affect page rank. Like for example, my webdesigner has a link on my site. The link will still be there, but it will be js. I'm pretty sure he didn't have PR on his mind when he put it there, just wants the reference. If I have a resource page or have links in an article then I will use js and not drain PR.
I also should say hats off to seoguy for his great article on internal link structure and how to focus your PR. It gave me a better understanding of the whole strategy. http://www.seo-guy.com/pagerank-art...g-pagerank.html
