Cool

In any transition, there are pieces that come online and move offline. Google is undergoing that now. As a result, your rankings "appear" to move around.

Eventually this settles out. Google is very dynamic right now. I keep shifting around from top rankings to buried somewhere around 60.

Don't worry, it's normal.

Regards,

Agalychnis

Looks like google is updating a lot more often now.
May be they'll be like GigaBlast. As soon as you submit the site, it'll be in the index.

This time, SERPs is stable while PR is bouncing back and forth. Last update, PR was stable while SERPs bounced around.

Angry

Gee... I am still waiting for at least one damn backlink to appear... no new backlinks... no new PR... this sucks! One of my sites got a new set of backlinks in about 100 pages of a PR6 website, and they aren't picked up by google yet.

I just lost ALL of my external bl's to my home page. External bl's to the internal pages are still there. I hate this G bl and pr update crap. They will return... right?

Edit: G came back with the toolbar externals +19. They can do that anytime they want.

Exclamation Here's an odd occurrence.

Due to the way we submit and the marketing package we build there is usually anywhere from 10 to 100 backround pages listed in Google. For the last week all of the Backlinks from sites we have been submitting for over a year are still there no problem. But every site that we have had for less then eight months gone in some cases even the front page and even from Yahoo which we can always count on to carry 3 times as many pages from any one site.
What the hell?!?!
So now we get to watch and see if they come back. Sure dont want to have to restart the process.

BTW.
Thanks for clearing up the whole seo-guy thing
