I guess Fryman is just kidding, but it's something serious behind it also. The question's you are asking are allready answered in this forum. Take your time to read and search for answers before you post your question. This will make your knowledge better, and the same questions aren't repeated over and over again.

I can tell you are sincerely wanting help. Fryman was being sarcastic. He didn't mean for you to literally give him your password. I didn't really understand what your questions were. As far as google updating there is no calendar for that. It is approximately once a month and we are due for an update soon. As far as free catalogs, what do you mean. Sites for free catalogs? Do a search for that and see what you find. Improving your PR takes time. Start by reading the forum regularly. There is a lot of good info. Read everything you can and ask specific questions. Its hard to answer questions that aren't specific or where someone wants all the answers to everything in one post. It is a lot of work and everyone here works hard optomizing their pages. I know people don't mind sharing but nobody here has time to do this for you. Start working on getting links to your site and you will see your PR improve.

I am going out on a limb here and guessing you are ESL, which btw fryman should not be made fun of. We are here to help, the point people are trying to make is that the more you read, the more clearly you can articulate your questions and the response will be much clearer.
