Page rank and article submission
Is it possible to improve page rank placing articles (including website url) at various web sites. What are your opinions about article submission? Could you advise, please, how to gain much from article submission activity?

I love article submission.

Scince i started doing it my rank has improved but it is hard to tell if it is this alone as i'm doing other things.

Even if the directory has a high PR - the PR juice that you get from them (with dofollow) are not that relevant as they a lot of other outgoing links.

Also, check if the page you'll get listed in has PR - as it is assigned to individual pages and not the site as a whole.

That is one of the best way to get traffic by submit your article. Your PR might also increased if you are chosing some high PR site for your article submission such as digg.
