No page rank......why??
My site is listed in google.com and it comes up 5th under "webmaster templates" but it does not have any google page rank?

I listed my site about 3 weeks ago and it just got in google in the last dance?

That's what an inbound or back link is.

Oh...reciprocal links..I only have about 20 but I would say that only about 7-10 are listed in engines.

An inbound or back link doesn't have to be a reciprocal link.

But one half of the pair in a reciprocal link is an inbound link for your site.

Keep going for more and wait for the next cycle to happen.
