Method of accruate PR value
is there is any method to find out aaccruate value of internal page of a web site.
for e.g if a home page rank is 7 and internal page where we links or web of our site is linked shows PR 0 . how to find the accruate value of the page.

AFAIK, there is no way to know that. The google toolbar is the only available source of PR info.
But, why are your internal pages showing PR0? Aren't they indexed yet? Is your sites penalized? How long have your internal pages been there?
