have tried to find out why?How many is your site's BL? How's the SERP?
In my opinion you need to continue link building to your site. PR now a days hasn't have a great value.

Back Links, PR have very strong relation with each other.

You got dropped your Back Links and observed similar effect on Page Rank., That clearly indicates that you must have approached bad neighbors for Link Exchange.

Always prefer industry relevant sites for Link Exchange. Even a brand new Relevant site with 0 PR can help you better way towards SERP's as compare to Non relevant aged website with any PR

yes my PR is also have lost. but there is no effect in my BL and Google ranking...

my website is still on the top postions...

and I think there is no benefit of GOogle PR
