I have 2 new sites
one was predicted PR3 is now 2
and the other was predicted PR4 is still 0

Is google ready updating or is it still going on???

Well PR update takes time so you would have to wait for few more days to see the parmanent changes.

I watched my site over this and the future predict said PR4, as we were previously PR3. I guess it all depends on which DC you hit at the time, cause last night when i checked we were PR3 with the actual google toolbar and today we are PR4. So hopefully this is the start of something good

Yes google is in the process of updating now. However you may not see the results yet in google toolbar as it seems the update is not through all the data centers yet. Anyways pr is ok but it will not when you in the serps so keep that in mind.
