This Site is 3 years old ranking 1-5 in all major search engines in top keywords....
has a sale rate of 15%...... and more than 6000 regular and returning customers....

It c'ant get any spammier than that.....

The actual page rank of that links page is 5. It's based on the page where the link is located right? Not the base domain PR, eh?

This "could" work, but I wouldn't be so sure, that you'll get PR6, because there are many more other circumstances.

But - you are on the right way.

Maybe you get a direktlink from microsoft.com, yahoo.com, macromedia.com?
