There is so many ways with the help of that you can increase your Google page rank. such as
make your web page informative, striking n conceptual.
don't use more then 7 java script pages.
use title & anchor text in images.
use proper keyword, meta tag, and title.

Page Rank is only affected by one thing... backlinks.
You could have found this answer by reading any of the million or so threads asking exactly the same question in this forum; or by reading the forum sticky post.

Of course... you might not want to know about Page Rank, you might really be asking about Google rankings (serps) in which case the answer is SEO.

Page rank is a result of back links. Invest some of your time in the study of building quality back links. Build slowly over time.
