ya I agree with all those guys who said try to get quality relavant link backs but I will add here that links from different C class ip will better

But why would you want to focus all your energy on page rank

I found that my page rank on all my sites has increased but I was focussed all the time on traffic and conversions, Not PR.
Go figure!

its all about quality links, i think low pr non reviavelt links bring down my site

This is absolutely wrong the relevant links bring you up in SERP's but non relevant link doesn't harm.

You said "i think low pr non reviavelt links bring down my site" this could be due to linking from bad neighborhood or spamming sites etc.

I agree with the person (above) who said that its all about:

1) getting traffic to your site

2) Making those visitors "convert", either with money-making clicks -or- by sales of product/services


with good onsite and off-site SEO, you will have the top rank in organics, then PR will come naturally!
