Google regularly ranks websites every 4 to 5 weeks on average is my experience.

Case in point: I just had a clients website go from a PR0 up to PR3 in a couple weeks... this is a normal time frame for ranking on Google.

So "IF" you're doing everything correctly than your website should reasonably be ranked (higher or lower) in that time frame, according to the quality of the on-page and off-page SEO on your website.

Does Page rank really matter anymore?

We launched a Website for a client about two months ago and we have him ranked for about 40 different keywords on the first page of Google, he outranks sites that have a page rank of 5 or higher, his page rank = ZERO!

I heard that but not sure Google indexed their all tools for website in one time for 3 month. If it is wrong so forgive me.

There is no time frame under which we can say that "how many times google updates the Page Rank". It depends upon your content and backlinks. It doesn't matter a lot regarding PR, some websites are such in way that they have good results from search engine and they rank in top 10 but they dont have good PR (more than 4) . It totally depends on how you maintain your strategy of work.

It depends on your website. Google can update pagerank any time, and the time depends on site factors such as how the website content change, how popular it is, etc.

I think Google takes 3 to 6 months for updating page rank for an existing website or allocating to a new website.

till now i didn't see any authentic content on this matter, either by matt cutts or in webmaster tool
