On a more serious note, how about reading some SEO posts for newbies. Start with a forum search and look for dazzlindonna's signature which has alot of good information for newbies.

Pr is not everything
Hello gabi2004,
PR is still one of main factors but there are so many othe factors also. With proper optimization or keywords in link text a PR6 site beats a PR7. PR higher than 6 is required only if you want to sell link for PR on your site. If you want it for better ranking, then your should look at other factors. First of all check your site for allinanchor for your keywords.

the simple answer you are seeking is:
Get a link from a PR8.
If that doesn't work, get another link from another PR8...otherwise get ~100 links from PR7's.
That's how you get to be a PR7

A PR 7 is 10 times higher than PR6 so.. PR8 is 10 times higher than PR7 so.. Getting PR5 and PR8 is totally differnet thing..

Analyze other PR7 websites and see who links to them... Then contact those sites and try your best to get links from them as well. More than likely, they're just purchasing sponsored links.
