The only ways I know of to get a site on the front page of google at super high speed are:
1. Pay for it - PPC Ads
2. Make something so frigin amazing that everyone and their kid sister will be transmitting it by facebook within the hour. And that typically means a serious investment of time and effort to create the content.

I agree, I have had websites go up in a day or two just by doing this. Also create a new domain with your keywords/keyphrase, fill it with relevant content, link back to your main site. Jobs a goodin

because articles are cached very easily.....
it's good for you, because your website is new for google and other search engines...
