groups.google.com PR question ?
Hi,
Earlier I was posting some things in newsgroups and never make any connections with Page Rank ... But ... lots of newgroups have PR9 ... so how google see incoming links from newsgroups ? Can PR from them help to have bigger rank of sites linked ? I searched this forum but there is zero results about newsgroups so I need to ask. Just go to: http://groups.google.com and look PR os some newsgroups ... Best Regards Milos N. |

PR from Google groups is not inherited afaik. However, some web sites dynamically generate a mirror of specific usenet groups and they have PR to inherit. Usenet posting, particularly to technical groups such as web programming language, have given me a back link in the past due to one of the mirrored usenet web sites.
