Any tool that says it can calculate the PR it computes values only for the internal structure of your site. You cannot have the exact amount of PR comming from other sources (external inbound links).
Anyway... I vote also for quality content first and after that the PR. If you have your niche in google, you do not need a high PR to come up first. |
