Google Dance
Google Dance
I was informed on June 15, 2003 (Fathers Day) that the google dance was starting.
I just found an entry in my raw logs for a client that google was
spidering my site.
64.68.82.68 - - [12/Jun/2003:20:43:56 -0700] "GET / HTTP/1.0" 200 10854 "-" "Googlebot/2.1 (+ http://www.googlebot.com/bot.html)" "www.crackseedstore.com"
24.31.80.21 - - [12/Jun/2003:20:57:18 -0700] "GET / HTTP/1.0" 200 10854 "-" "Mozilla/3.0 (compatible)" "www.crackseedstore.com"
It looks as though Google spidered my clients website which was not listed in Googles directory 3 days prior to the Dance starting.
