Hi,
We have a link on this page: flowers-to-russia.com/shop/international_delivery.shtml But the BL is not showing on google! We have been on since April, so 3 months now. The link is going through to valueflora.com/?affiliate=russia - does the /?affiliate=russia have a negative impact on the link? would a straight link to valueflora.com be better? Thanks :-) |

Short answer - no. Google has no problems following links with a "?".

Steven,
I believe you are asking if the ?xxx will affect G showing the backlink and the answer is no. For some reason it appears that G sees a page with /?source=xxx as a different page from a page at / yet, when it comes to BL's they do not. The most likely reason that link is not showing as a BL to your site is that the PR is only 3. There are times when PR 3 links show as a BL but not always

Thanks for your help :-)
chachi, the page linking to us is PR5... Do you mean that the link will not show until OUR site is above PR3? Sorry if this is a silly question -I am still learning! Thanks Steve. |
