Can Anyone tell me How PR flows?

Hi to everyone.
How the PR flows Exactly. Is it depends only on the page PR(As name indicates- "Page" Rank) where one is linked or on the whole site PR.
My main concern to ask this question is to know If we are linked with a site having PR4 and link page PR0.Is that home page PR somehow benificial or not.

The PR you are referring to is the tool bar PR and is updated every 3-4 months, hence what you see as PR 0 is not actually a PR 0 page.

PR flows through links and depends on the following factors:

* The PR of the linking page

* The no. of links on the linking page

So a PR 1 page having 2 links will most likely pass more PR benefit than a PR 3 page having a 100 links on it. [The PR gets evenly distributed among the other 100 links and hence you get 1/100th of the PR the page passes]

Hi,
if i m linked with A PR0 page and home page PR3, anyhow that PR3 of home page is beneficial or not.
Or PR0 page linking don't give any benifit to me related to PR in all.

Every backlink does. When you launch a new site you start from your neighbors (pr0), and slowly move to higher PR linking with the time.

Because that ZERO is a toolbar PR. You never know whether a PR 6 or 7 link has linked to that PR 0 page since the last PR update and so ignoring that page can be a big mistake as far as gaining PR is concerned.

That page might shoot up to PR 5 in the next update.

Is this shoot up in PR from past or from some time...
that means to chase only high PR link is not a good idea.

You right if you get link back from high PR website then your website PR will be improve.
But if you want good result in SERPs then web site relevancy is important.
