Maybe if you'd post more info that might help. Like what type of industry your "company" is in. How many links it want. I'm not sure you can find many PR8 pages for $100 bucks. PR7's yes anywhere from $50-???, but PR8's will cost you more than that I think.

contact large authority sites in your industry and try to work out your own deal with them for a link, probably save you some money and will help keep you on theme.
