Your Feelings Towards the Taboo
Hello,
So I'm not asking about how to implement tactics or strategies that are Blachhat, but rather, I'd like to know what the community within this forum feel about folks that delve into Blackhat realm (like, what are your opinions)? I only ask because I came across a video that had varying opinions towards such folks. You can find it here,

I'd really like to hear people's take on the matter.
Thanks!

Depends on who is doing the blackhat -
If someone is doing it for a client, I would hope they have informed the client of the risks. If not, they are negligent and dishonest.
If someone is doing it for their own site, I view it as a business plan strategy. I assume the site owner is trying to make money, and if they are short term risk takers, go for it. They just need to be aware that Google has a building full of PhD's working against the blackhat's efforts. Those are not odds I'm willing to accept. With Google's recent emphasis on enforcing their TOS, I seriously doubt anyone today can build a long term profitable business using blackhat techniques.

Yes, I am never shy about pontificating: The moment you place a single link for the sole purpose of manipulating ranks you are wearing a black hat.
Some might argue that but it's my story and I am sticking to it.
