Thanks for the advice everyone. I am still in negotiations on the domain name at the moment but I will let you know what it is once/if I made the purchase. They have come down $4K from $12K already but my offer is currently at $6K. I don't really want to pay any more than this so we will have to see what happens.
I am going to be using a dotnetnuke setup with some custom modules. I understand that there are a few SEO modules out there to help with the optimisation. How well a CMA like this can be optimised may be content for another thread
