Wordpress: Posts get indexed, categories not getting indexed

Hi,

I remade one of my old site (sms92.com) on wordpress around 40 days back, I added many SEO plugins there like custom page title, seo pack and some more. The posts of site got indexed within no time but the categories have not been index yet and the pages which got indexed are having different page titles (the default page titles, not the edited ones in plugin 'custom page titles') e.g.

goto http://www.sms92.com/zong-sms
and then http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=site:www.sms92.com&start=20&sa=N

the page title in google and site are not same.

could someone please help me regarding this, thanks

It considers the title given more relevant to your page then the title you have provided.

This could be because of the content, the anchor text you have of the links going to that page or many other factors.

does google show title of their choice, like don't they show the page title in search results ?

and i don't have any backlink to these pages/categories but i dont have any backlinks to posts either and they got indexed in no time.

Do you really want your categories indexed? don't they have the same content as your posts?

i am trying to get these categories ranked for some keywords but that is possible only after they get indexed, once they get indexed i'll start increasing backlinks for them.
