That depends on how many people actually click on the "tell a friend" button, and how many "told friends" actually visit your website from the referral? It all boils down to how much traffic you're receiving now and how interested all that traffic would be to refer your blog to their friends, which in turn boils down to how interesting your content is.

Or, am I missing something...?
