What should I do to deal with 404 errors in google webmaster tools?
I find a lot of 404 errors in my webmaster tools. After I corrected these errors, Should I do something in webmaster tools to tell google I have corrected these errors? Thank you!

Nope. If the 404's have been fixed, simply recreate your xml sitemap, *you can update it in webmaster central if you like* and check back in a week or two. You also might want to do a site crawl test over at SEOmoz.org Its a great way to be preemptive!

You can take advnatage of 404 errors.
Oviously 404 errors coming from internal pages can be rectified, but what about people who link to you and mis spell a URL. Well, create a page and then 301 redirect it to the relevant page. Some sites have loads of 404 errors due ot external sites. Simply 301 redirting them to relevant sites can give a boost.
