Post What's the best option for SEO

Hi Guys,

I'd just like to float a question and see what you gurus think...

We've got our corporate domain, and we've just bought another domain which has got the 3 most important keywords for us in it.

I could quite easily make a copy of our entire site, and plonk it on the new domain... but will google see that it's the same as our existing PR2 site and penalise us?

Or

Is it better to just make a landing page with the right meta keywords and forward on to our corporate site after a couple of seconds?!?!

thanks in advance,

Tony.

I would use the 301 redirect to point all traffic including spiders to your new domain.

I think that if you duplicated your site on your new domain then you would get penalised. ill probably be corrected though...
