What kind of redirect is this?
I was asked to make a website for a restaurant that just changed owners. They wanted a new URL so we did that, but the owner asked the previous owners to get traffic redirected from the old site to the new one. I don't know what kind of redirect it is, but I feel that it is hurting the chances of the new site becoming the dominant search result. When I search in Google the old site turns up first, but has all the same keywords and descriptions that the new site has as if it is an exact clone of the new site. Also, if I visit the old site URL it displays the pages as if it is the new site, but the url never changes from the index page of the old site. I'm sure a tiny peak from any veteran will give an instant answer. Thanks in advance.
Old site: refugelounge.com

The old site is 'framed'. You can easily see this if you view the source.
P.S.: the next time you post a message, please:
1) make sure your post does not contain live links
2) also make sure that you post in the correct forum section
