Hey guys n gals,

Having played the SEO game for over 5 years now and run a few experimental sites the duration of this time, I'd like to know what you all consider to be the single most powerful SEO signal used by Google, either on or off page?

The purpose is to simply see what my peers consider of most value and I'm also curious to see how many of you have the same thoughts as myself...
