    Website Indexing

    Hello Everyone once again,

I resubmitted my sitemap on 3rd of this month. Two days ago I found that 39 pages out of 44 has been indexed. But when i checked in today it showed that 38 pages has been indexed. Does this mean Google has delisted one of the page to index.

I searched in for any error in Google webmaster tool but couldn't find any. I don't know what might be the reason for this. Can anybody help on this.

stop wasting your time with that nonsense. Build a great site and promote it using established SEO techniques. The rest will take care of itself

    That's a good question!

A great website in my world is one that converts. It has compelling content with intuitive navigation. It fills the need of the visitor so well that they return often.

    What else y'all?

Your advice has changed my view in terms of seo. But i am afraid it looks you have no answer to my question. Your suggestion is good for novice but not for us actually who give their dedication throughout to change the search look of our website in google.

A great website not only serves the needs of your visitors, etc. as KP says, but it also serves your needs. Not all sites are money makers—they may just satisfy your ego, your hobby, your passion, your need to "give back."
Frankly, I wonder who Frank is and why he has his own adverb.

    Thumbs up

If you put your site to Google but you found some of the pages are indexed but not all , the better option is to put XML sitemap that tells Google clearly about all the pages on your site.
Once you do this all the pages wiil get index clearly.

I agree with Kernel Panic... Counting each and every indexed page is less significant. But just to answer your question, I have Google deindexing duplicate pages. So, this could be one reason.
