Website getting indexed again or ?

One of my websites: www.destinationmalta.com has seen a pagerank drop from 6 to 0 couple of years ago and all pages listed as supplemental. On Google we practically dissapeared whilst on other search engines still doing ok.

Over these last months, I did my best to clean whatever could have caused this "ban" and filed a re-inclusion request. Just couple of weeks ago, I noticed my homepage is being indexed again and it seems more and more web pages are successfully being crawled and indexed every couple of days.

Are these signs that my website is not banned any longer and Google is slowly indexing it again? Pagerank is still 0 though, do you think that will change any time soon too?
