Using domains as landing pages and duplicate content

Question 1: I run an e-commerce shop and I bought multiple domains which are all related to the brands we sell. Is it best to just 301 these domains to the main website or should i create landing pages with brand targeted keywords that link back to the category on the main e-commerce website?

Question 2: I also have these domains with different country specific suffixes? What is the best practice for this? 301 those to the landing pages or 301 to the main e-commerce website?

Just doing a 301 from a url that is brand related won't do squat for the site it's redirecting to. Nothing...zero...zilch.
and trying to get additional related domains to give you any help is an expensive time consuming chore.
You might want to take 1 of them and create a blog or a resource site where you can send backlinks to your nitch partners.
I think the beer idea is the best and a lot more fun.
