What is more beneficial in posts, forum and other media complete ULR address http://www. or will www. work just the same?

Sorry, I can't understand your question. What are you talking about? If this is about links, surely an outbound links must include the http:// part.

youtube video for example in the description of a video if i post my web site address in the description it is not a hyper link just text. Google crawlers read the page and then it is saved on google servers. if the description is saved along with my site URL would it be better to include the http:// with my site address
